melt in the mouth.

i went to the tesco with my mom. its weekend so we gonna get something to eat.i mean something tasty and delicious for the family.she decided to make chicken rice since Ada gonna join us for the lunch.yeyyy!
... and i bought some shushi.this is my favorite ever.unagi and tobiko!

Unagi is freshwater eel, and sounds scary ("Eeeee!! Eel!"). It's cooked, and it's all made in Japan, or Korea, then shipped around the world. It's therefore standard everywhere, but don't equate "standard" with "blasé". It's just wonderful stuff, and doesn't need to be dipped in the wasabe. Be prepared, you might find a thin layer of fat on one side, which can give it a slimy feel.

Tobiko, the flying fish eggs (the fish fly in life, not the eggs on your sushi) have a subtle flavor that is noticeable only if you order it as a sushi proper, and is served gunkan style. It's fun and noisy to eat - lots of crunchy popping
