Hari Raya is coming soon.teeq is the most excited person who wanna make all these biscuits.Ada and me just helping her.we were using biscuits dahlia recipe.

ingredients :

• wheat flour
• custard powder
• sugar
• margarine
• vanilla essence
• egg

refined sugar shall be use.

blend the margarine and sugar until fluffy.add egg slowly then add 1 t/spoon of vanilla essence

sift flour and custard powder.

enter the margarine mixture to the flour mixture slowly.

at first i use spatula then i found out that using hand is more easier for me to mix all together items. and Ada really happy while did this step.

first of all :

preparing the sicky rice wouldnt be difficult.just cook the rice using rice cooker as how you cook rice regularly.when the rice cookedd,let it cold down for a while.then mix the rice with vinegar,sugar and salt secukup rasa.

get ready a piece of seaweed on the bamboo mat.temkiu ada ku sayang!

grab some rice and put it onto the sea weed sheet.press the rice flat evenly on the sea weed.

*Note; you need to estimate the amount of rice needed to cover the inner ingredients of the sushi. Do not put too much rice or else your sushi will become too big in size.unless u ni nafsu besar!

this is the fun part of making shushi.ROLLING TIME!! getting the ingredients all together and roll it. somehow i find the process isnt as easy as i think it was.once the rolling completed,you can cut the roll into finished sushi.sharp knife is a must!you could try dip the knife into water before you cut it.to prevent the rice stick onto your knife and may end up with a terrible cut.
