my Aunt ask for my help to design their cake birthday. well, that is my favourite part. i design their cake and also the invitation card.

today is my 2nd day, me on diet. im just eating vegetable as my meal. rasa macam rabbit pulak! now i will try to follow this diet plan.

1. avoid food that has 10% of fat per serving. how to know? read the food LABEL!
2. drink a LOT of plain water and mineral water.
3. dont overcook the vegetable.
4. choose snack that are low calories with low fat too.
5. try taking notes of what you eat in two weeks and see how you can improve your menu from time to time.
6. reduce, dont eliminate certain food.
7. enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
8. balance your food choice over times. When eating a food high in fat, salt or sugar, select other foods that are low in these ingredients. If you miss out on any food group one day, make up for it the next. Your food choices over several days should fit together into a healthy pattern.
